Maria

Maria earned her DVM from Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas in 1987. Her love for animals started on her family ranch, where she helped her father care for the livestock. She enjoys assisting with surgeries and seeing pets improve during their time with her.

Maria and her husband, Francisco, have two children: Grecia, who is pursuing a master’s degree, and Francisco, who is completing his undergraduate studies. Their home is filled with love and pets, including Australian Shepherds Milo and Choco, a cockatiel named Pancholin, and multiple fish. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to music. Moving to a new country and raising children who embrace two cultures is one of her greatest accomplishments.
