Brittani Gimenez, DVM

Dr. Brittani Gimenez graduated from Kansas State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. She received the Pet Tribute Scholar Award for her compassion toward grieving pet owners.

Her passion for animals started in childhood when she cared for a stray kitten with an eye infection. She encourages pet owners to trust their instincts, since they know their pets best, and to reach out when something feels off. She also enjoys educating families about vaccines, prevention, and health conditions so pets can stay healthy long-term.

Coming from a family filled with dentists, Dr. Gimenez has a special interest in veterinary dentistry and enjoys discussing cases with her father. At home, she has two dogs: Jasmine, a 10-year-old Black Lab and her running companion, and Shadow, a 15-year-old Chihuahua who prefers snuggling. In her free time, she enjoys jogging, reading, cross-stitching, and playing video games. She is also a proud mom and appreciates the support of her husband, who has been with her throughout her veterinary journey. Popcorn is her favorite food, and she remains an avid fan of the Harry Potter series. Miniature Schnauzers will forever hold a special place in her heart.
