Ashley Hildenbrand, DVM

Dr. Ashley Hildenbrand  wanted to be a veterinarian since she was young. Her love for animals started with the hunting dogs she grew up with. She earned her DVM from the University of Illinois in 2014 and then spent 12 years as an emergency veterinarian, where she found that helping sick pets is what she loves most. She is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society (VECCS) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

Dr. Hildenbrand and her husband, Joe, have three children, who she calls her greatest accomplishment. Their family also includes Fiona, a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix; Shadow, a Dalmatian; and Gus, a chinchilla. In her free time, she sells vintage décor on Whatnot, and she’s a big Harry Potter fan.
